2. Product Description

  • "Les Comptoirs Imaginaires" offers a selection of teas, flavored teas, and natural infusions, pesticide-free.

3. Price and payment

  • The prices of the products are established based on production costs, various fees, the applicable VAT (prices on site including tax), shipping costs from our providers, and our margins.
  • Accepted payment methods: Online by card (Mastercard, Visa, Carte Bleue).
  • Payment terms: Payment upon order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery in France only with a standard delay of 2 to 4 business days (not guaranteed).
  • Shipping rates:
    • From 0 to 100g: €3.50
    • From 101g to 250g: €5
    • From 251g to 500g: €7
    • From 501g to 999g: €8.50
    • For 1kg and more, or 100€ of purchase, shipping costs are free.

5. Return Policy

  • Given the nature of the product, no returns are accepted.

6. Warranty

  • Our teas and infusions are guaranteed to be pesticide-free and natural.

7. Data Confidentiality

  • We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only share the necessary information with our carriers for shipping.

8. Dispute and Conflict Resolution

  • Any potential conflicts and disputes with our clients can be discussed via email and are forwarded to our legal advisor, Master Gabriel Lamy (Bar of Nice and Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence).

9. Intellectual Property

  • The images produced and used by "Les Comptoirs Imaginaires" are the property of "Les Comptoirs Imaginaires" and the company GIMENO FRERES ASSOCIES.
  • "Les Comptoirs Imaginaires" is a registered trademark with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) under registration number 4989533.

10. Applicable law

  • The applicable law is French law and European Union law.

11. Other information

  • We are not responsible as soon as our products are mixed with something else or used other than in the intended circumstances, namely by infusing in water.
